Exactly, they dont him to necessarily commit to Bama, but just decommit from LSU. Basically make Parrish think LSU is going after someone better and he should look elsewhere sort of deal.

While the article certainly paints the picture of him recruiting for Alabama, the quotes don't say which team they would play together on. Throw in the rumor that Sanders might be giving us a visit, and it's possible that Taulia is just working him for them to play together and not necessarily at Alabama.
Unlikely, I know, but still...
That said, I like Parrish and really hope we don't botch this. But, honestly, I'm very worried we're going to do just that.

I recall that Orgeron got snookered into believing he could flip an Ala. QB recruit before, and created real problems with LSU QB commits.

Was in calera now in montevallo but have gone to church in alabaster for some time now. Wife graduated from Thompson and her parents are still in alabaster. With the new school and stadium built I may go to a game this year
