it’s funny how Ika wanted to go to Bama but is settling for LSU or Oregon and the fan base can’t wait to get this kid but Ishmael is undecided between the two and the fan base is panicking and wants to stop recruiting him. If Ishmael was in Houston and it was down to us and Bama people would be pumped with our opportunity to land him.

Not that you are wrong but you could have been Saban himself or one of his bagmen with that spiel. Let's leave it that they have a lot of championship due in part to a lot of artificial elevation and help and LSU needs him to be one of the dragon slayers to knock off the Evil Empire. Cameo commercials for the Crimson Devils don't sound pretty:).

Take a look back as past recruiting classes for every team and you will see that there are quite a few wasted scholarships in hindsight...

I see you've updated the OP, but I thought I would reply to bump the thread. New CBs coming in for the good guys today, including Shannon Terry changing his pick from Oregon to LSU.

Shocker, starting to look like Vol was right. Hope this keeps up, I think Ika could turn out to be a hell of a player if he drops some weight. He is already fast but if he drops 20-30 pounds he'd be stellar.

I guess we need to buckle up because it's going to be a wild ride to the finish.
