Gabe Brooks with a CB to Bama with confidence of 5

He is 125/128 with his predictions for 2021 so far

I think Sonny is the only one left on 247 with a CB to us but he has it as a 4

It’s funny how different rivals and 247 is right now

Can't say I've ever seen such a specific divide between the Rivals and 247 guys. Very weird.

Not sure how much of a difference it makes but a friend of mine has talked to Sage multiple times and he claims that Sage is a mommas boy and doesn’t see him going to Bama because of that. TIFWIW

This is wild. There’s usually not this much of a differing opinion the night before a commitment. I have to believe he told both staff’s he’s committing to them.

I’m thinking the kid was always going to sign with LSU and this was all a ploy between Ryan and LSU to drum up some drama with Bama and have LSU win in the end.

That’s not it, it really was a battle that caught LSU off guard

If he was really torn, then he wouldn’t decide tomorrow. There’s no deadline to pick the place you are going to spend the next 4 years of your life. If he’s caught LSU off guard with announcing tomorrow, then. It wasn’t LSU. He was prepared to pick Bama. But now, suddenly, LSU has given him not only something else to think about, but to pick LSU all within 2 days? Highly unlikely if he was truly torn.

Jimmy gets a lot of info from Corey but he’s very in tune with the recruits and their families from the 7on 7 stuff. I’d say 247 info comes more from the LSU side

He's not the bust most LSU fans wish he was but he's also not the consensus All American people thought and prop him up to be. He's a fantastic specimen and moves extremely well for a LB(which has always been the case) but a lot of his stat numbers are hollow if you watch him play. He will make a bunch of assisted tackles down the field with an occasional blur type tackle in the backfield followed up by being completely out of position on the next play. He is a weakness in the pass defense for Bama and shouldn't be considering the pub he gets and athletic profile he has.
