I remember months back (well before he commited to us and was "locked to USC), that we HAD TO get this guy in. I love his commitment to LSU too. He's built to play in any offense.

Being coached by Denny Duron at evangel. Duron is a great QB coach. Houston three for over 800 yards in one game last year.

He's not the physical specimen or athlete Perrilloux was. I compare him more to a Bryce Young. Some have said Baker Mayfieldish. But i personally think he's a better athlete and runner than Baker. He's hit several 50+ plus yard td scrabbles this year and looks a little faster with a little more agility running the football as he matures. Throws extremely well on the run and pretty accurate overall. Putting up huge numbers but it is in the no defense 1-5a district of Northwest Louisiana. Plenty to be excited about.
