Pooka--Only offense he would not be dynamic in is a Les Miles offense.

So pull out all the stops and reel in this Darren Sproles clone.

Where is he likely to sign, if not LSU?

He wore LSU gloves last night during the game and flashed them at the camera

It's just funny people still flip out about gear they wear in a game and then get butthurt when they don't sign

90% of the tards who saw the gloves failed to realize Hanhville's mascot is a Tiger

Don't know why everyone is getting their hopes up on this kid. Dude has repeatedly said he's planning on signing with Kansas.

I watched the state title game. First time I was able to see him. Guy is electric with the ball in his hands. Rushed for about 1,400 yards in the playoffs. Zachary said the "hemmed" him up and he still went for 210.

I was just over on some KU boards reading about Jason's decommitment. After that experience, I'm sure of one thing. I have no idea where Pooka will play next year, but it won't be Kansas.

More importantly, he is NOT a game changer in the SEC. Maybe a smaller conference at a smaller school "yes Kansas comes to mind" but not in the SEC. Look at Trindon Holiday he was great as a return man but that was it, he was just too small. If he got in open space he was gone, but he couldn't get in open space unless he was returning. But he is just too small for the SEC daily grind.

I am not saying he can't play football he can and he is good, but the question is, with his frame and size how good can he the SEC and can he be a regular starter. I think the answer to the final part is no, so then what are we getting and is it worth a scholarship. If a return man is worth a scholarship, then yes, by all means, we need a good return man. But who knows how good a return man would he be, look at DJ they tried with him but he was a bust back there. So giving a scholarship to a player that looks just to be a return man when you aren't sure how good a return man he is. That is not worth the risk imo.

And the day the LSU has its featured back listed at 5-8 160lbs will be the day we are no longer a power run-based offense and are now an official spread offense which we are not. That is a plain fact!!! So no need to get hot a bothered if we don't get Pooka. Let him go outside the SEC so no harm no foul.

All Trindon Holliday was was fast. Pooka has great change of direction, strength, and breakaway speed. He’s more like 5’9 and could put on 10-15 pounds of muscle without losing any speed. He could be great as the jet sweep guy, and he also has really good hands. I’ve watched him since his freshman year, and the kid is a game changer.

Came across this article today from KU sports. Sounds like Pooka might delay signing until february. FWIW, it sounds like KU, where he’s currently committed, is just as in the dark as the rest of us
