Most of the Notre Dame fans that i spoke to have always said that Kelly likes to play the veteran QBs over the freshmen. So hopefully he expressed this to Brennan.

Face it! This is what reliable sources are saying, Kelly reached out to Woodward when O first got fired. Woodward had his guy in Reily. Reily declined, Woodward scrambled and went to boosters to get the money for Kelly and gave him an offer he couldn’t refuse. There’s your hire! :cheers:
