There’s some chatter that Houston is looking to leave Evangel and go out of state for the remainder of high school. Not sure if or when this will happen.

It doesn't matter, we will have Lagway in 26 and 27.

Wholeheartedly not worried about 27 recruiting at dis stage. Still got plenty of time to turn that around. Remember Bryce underwood didn’t even have Michigan on his radar for most of his recruitment and where did he end up? Favorites at this point in time doesn’t mean a damn thing

Ride with Houston and Nuss.

We are not going to land 2 of the 3 proposed top targets imo. It's not financially prudent or realistic in terms of ego. Houston is an alpha personality wise and wants to be serenaded. Hence the USC love. Nuss has been around the sport on all levels his entire life. No way he's putting himself in the position where he may be moving within a year or 2. Haven is by many accounts looking to be THE GUY. No way he is in a 2 qb class.
Pick your guy and make him the priority. If 2 is necessary, which i dont believe it is with the portal, circle back to Ziegler or someone else. I just can't see paying 2 hs qbs high 6 figures or more for a year or 2 just so one can leave. It makes no sense when we have 100 spots to fill. Having money doesn't require wasting money. Im more interested in getting the right guy than 2. After Nuss the position is less than stellar. Imo you get a top notch portal guy and then a top 27 kid of choice. But we'll see how it shakes out. A 26 flip could change the entire dynamic.

I get the lure of NIL and going somewhere new, but if I'm a QB looking at my long term future, I'm going to a school that stacks WR and TE talent to showcase my QB skill.

A nice payday in college doesn't equate to 1st round contracts in the NFL.

Michigan hasn't developed a QB since Tom Brady
_______

You are forgetting JJ McCarthy from last year.

if WR and TE talent is truly stacked, a good QB won’t get the credit he deserves

You're right. It really hurt Burrow and Jayden.

If LSU takes care of business he’s going to LSU. If LSU goes to the cheezit bowl again I wouldn’t doubt he looks elsewhere.

What if, like you suggest, LSU goes to the Citrus Bowl again, but Michigan goes 6-6 again and Florida goes to the Gasparilla Bowl again?

You're right on one note. I forgot his damn name. I said Brantley, which who i meant was Mccathy.

Michigan DID NOT develop that kid. That's why they were scared as hell to use him on their championship run. I don't remember the last time "pre McCarthy", that i have seen a QB less impactful to his team's championship success than he was. You could have put a box of crackers under center and they would have won the championship just the same.

They really didn’t even develop Brady either.. he was a part time starter his whole career. He became Brady in the NFL

Wut? Michigan had arguably the best nfl qb of all time and did so well developing him he went in 6th round lol

It actually proves that Michigan really is THAT bad at developing QBs.

Ya'll believe everything you read on Tiger Dropping. A random poster creates a thread stating Michigan and Florida lead and you guys go full retard with the comments. Are you really letting a 10th grader stress you out? SMDH

lol. No. Maybe Nuss as a project. But if we miss on Haven we go in the portal for a Jayden Daniels type.

You must have responded to the wrong poster broseph. I thought it was hilarious that the person who I was responding to thought Michigan actually developed Tom Brady. As far as the rumors about the young man go, I’m not worried about it at all. Even if we do miss out on him we have Nuss’s four star qb brother to fall back on. I think most people think we will be fine whatever he decides to do. You seem awfully rustled about something though.
