"LSU really sold out for me. I saw how much they want me. They told me I've got a 99-percent chance to be the starting quarterback. I'm the only quarterback they're planning to sign for 2020 and they told me they won't sign another until 2021."
I wonder as time passes he doesnt "Open up his commitment, respect my decision"

I think they recruited him for his arm as much as for his performance with a poor offensive line

I'm pretty sure this wasn't what our staff said and it has been addressed with the Finleys.
I really didn't understand all the hate Finley got on here, but I'm done arguing about him. The people who dislike him have watched him play in games, where I've only seen camp footage. It looks like he has all the physical tools, though, and I have no idea about the attitude/leadership stuff. I thought his tweet last night showed good character, though. He could have just tweeted some cryptic emojis or some bullshite like that.

For the record I dont dislike or "hate" Finley. Honestly have no idea about him at all. Dont know much about him except from here. Seems like a good kid. Actually hope he stays committed and becomes a Tiger.

What makes you think Brennan can beat him out? Johnson is already physically ready for the SEC, while Brennan will never be. Additionally, Johnson isn't going to show up on campus like a normal freshman because his dad was an NFL quarterback, so will have an understanding of the playbook and mental side of the position. I realize Tiger Nation has high hoped for Brennan, but they are not to be.

How many licks did Burrow receive this season, when he wasn't running the ball, that you believe Brennan couldn't withstand.
There have been several NFL receivers as slight as Brennan who had NFL careers. Chris Collinsworth was one that comes to mind. He made it for eight seasons.

Yeah I just instantly felt stupid reading the AJ Johnson thread and seeing you comment on it LOL but it’s all good yeah the Salisbury takes are hilarious how about somebody commenting on how good Max’s arm strength is when that’s been a hot topic of discussion lately
