Madina Okcot out of Mississippi State has entered the portal, wouldn’t be a bad pickup. Idk if anyone follows Skim Milkey on X , he’s pretty good , he’s saying LSU has backed off McMahon from Ohio State and has moved to other targets:

"Portal season" sucks. You have to pray the holes in the roster are filled all while also praying some school doesn't throw a huge bag of cash at your stars. I don't see how the coaches put up with it.

I can't believe LSU lost to this Texas team. Their offense is absolute crap. I know their defense is very good, but we have to find a way to beat teams like this.

No one outside the big 3 gave lsu anything vs the top teams unfortunately

Mulkey needs to make some psychological adjustments for these big games. From what ive seen is our girls are playing too tight in these games. We should have beat South Carolina at home two years ago and had no business losing to Texas this year. Minus the National Championship game from a couple of years ago, we have lost every game where the talent is equal or better. And the guard transfers are mostly under performing from their previous school.
LSU had the talent to make the final four this year but just did not play well against UCLA.

Facts. We had decent leads early in games vs South Carolina, Texas AND UCLA this year! Then we start turning the ball over doing boneheaded sheet

Missing wide open shots is big too. Seems like we could have gotten anything we wanted against UCLA but couldn’t make a fricking shot. That doesn’t happen when we play the not as good teams.
