If Stewart to USC is true, then LSU will have a lot of the Phillips, Stewart, Underwood etc money to throw at the portal (after player retention).
Kelly says they will be aggressive there. We will find out quickly if that is true.

Kelly has to be aggressive. A poor year 4 may not get him a 5th year. This team is completely his guys next year.

You know this makes me think about the Proctor kid that left Bama to go to Iowa then left and went back to Bama. Not sure if I have all the details correct but I thought he used Iowa to get more money from Bama.

Look at the numbers.
He would have to bomb HARD to be out of here before year 7. I think after year 6 is the earliest and that is a big time stretch. He's getting 7 years.

Well yeah.
It's a good and bad thing.
Means you missed on the top high school qb, a young disruptor on the line, and a young shut down corner.
Hopefully, they actually go after some of the top dogs in the portal and get them for cheaper than the high school guys. If they replace them then no harm no foul.
