Colin Simmons
Kamarion Franklin
Charleston Collins
De'Myrion Johnson
Melvin Hills

Maybe one other guy. Slidell has a kid named Jalen Anderson who's an edge player we might like. He'll probably be a 3-star but he makes lots of plays and he's a high GPA kid. Somebody like that.

Definitely need to get a good haul of DTs. The Edge haul this year is pretty good.

Can someone please let the coaches know? It seems like that would be important information for them to have.

I've never see a defensive lineman at 24'. Would be awesome. Be swatting down passes left and right.

24' dline class is critical. I don't mind patching with transfer portal but not singing one DT is tough to swallow.

No need to look at 4 years of depth when you are going to have 40-50% turnover every year.

I'm not sure why you put the apostrophe at the end of the years....

He’s obviously expecting the staff to recruit a hoard of nephilim.

Point of aim, point of impact. It is a must for the next recruiting cycle. Add CB to it as well.

It wouldn’t hurt to land another Perkins for the middle LB spot either. The entire middle of the defense needs some young blue bloods in this next class. The entire offense feels like it will be just adding bonus depth but the defense will be basically building a new foundation.

Which is fine, you have to start somewhere and offense isn’t a bad place to start after watching these playoff games. It looks like LSU will have one of the top offenses in the SEC next year and I like Derrick Davis getting some serious reps at the RB spot this off-season.

He looks like he could be the piece we’ve been missing this year. If he can progress at that spot with some off-season training and workouts geared towards that position then he could get even better as a RB for us and change his body as much as possible to handle that role in the offense or even excel in it. He looks explosive and looks to have natural vision for that position.

Let’s say he gives us a really good number one option there next year then you can use the other guys for roles and let the freshman slowly get into the mix. I think Davis and the two freshman might be our most explosive backs next year. We need some hard running / big play RBs. We were missing that element to our offense this season. If we can add that element to this offense, it’ll be much much tougher to handle week to week.

It would be nice to be able to hand the ball off and trust that part of our offense will have to be defended and could break open for big yards on any carry. We need defenses to fear this part of the offense and open up the passing game and also help open up the running game for the QBs.
