Why would Stanfield not come back, get his degree, earn some NIL, then sign UDFA for the same amount next year. Seems like a no brainer.

If I had to guess he would be back. I know they have no eligibility but I hope Luis and Braswell both get undrafted free agent deals

Overall not terrible. If thet are able to retain Cowan and Noot I would take that over counting on unproven freshmen.

Yeah that’s my feeling too. Could have been a little better, but also could have been worse. None of the signees that were drafted were a complete shock.

So, anyone know who the highest recruits are to not get drafted and go to school? Anyone got a short list of say the top 100? I'd be curious to see how other SEC schools shook out.

Took some uppercuts this draft compare to years past but glad Jay and company were able to get Paz & Patrick to campus. Hopefully they can get Larson back to go along with Stanny, Cowan, and Noot.
