Just completed Round 10. Still sweating out Hamilton, Paz, and Patrick.

My first thought was there was another Kade Woods or even a Cade Woods and someone at MLB got confused

Did he throw at the combine? If not, are they basing it off his inning of work last year?

Ok, I must have missed that. Thank you. I guess that counts for something.

It's a heavily scouted league that brings in a lot of good fringe prospects every summer. I think they've also got all the trackman stuff in the stadiums too. It's one of the better things MLB has done in relation to the amateur game.

I'm not a big fan of having shrunk the minor leagues to the degree that they have or shrunk the draft, or taken over some independent leagues, or taken over the Cape Cod league, etc.

But I think the Draft League is good and is getting a lot of guys opportunities they otherwise may not have had.

Ready to get this party started again.

Definitely some teams with big money to spend, still sweating our high school guys.

I'd imagine we see something interesting happen in the 11th round being teams have this hour to look over their spending and see what they can maybe work up with any players available.

I think patrick, Hamilton, and Paz definitely get drafted, but i'd feel alot better if they were picked in 19-20th round flyers instead of the 11th or 12th round

Hunter Elliot just announced his return to Ole Miss for ‘26.

He’s gotta be close to drawing from social security.

I’m assuming a pretty good deal is in place for them to not waste any time into the second half of the draft.
