I've been scrolling through both MSU and Tenn boards to see if there's any new info on Holman.

Both continue to say it's down to LSU and their respective school, with the other on the outside looking in.

MSU board thinks Kendall hates them and loves LSU based on his "Holman will probably go to LSU" tweet.

Also, they seem to think that the only reason Holman is leaning LSU is because of the Woods transfer

Pretty embarrassing for MSU to get beat on a recruit by a former teammate. Especially when MSU is a better opportunity to pitch on Friday.
Just completely discounting 1) The best recruiter in the country and current national coach of the year in Jay Johnson; 2) A former national assistant coach of the year and one of the top pitching coaches in the country in Yeskie; and 3) LSU is LSU and we're the defending national champions

Tennessee has recruiting reporters that cover baseball and seem to have sources, but they get a little homer-y trying to play to their base and ride the momentum of the program to more subscriptions.

The Mississippi State guy is just a fricking clown.

And none of our recruiting reporters are aware we have a baseball program.

4) If he wanted to just be the Friday guy on a non-contender, he would have stayed at Bama.

Until he completely shelved that visit, I thought they would still be a threat. Same pitching coach (who I think is a good coach), new and purportedly better head coach.

Is Blake Mitchell the only recruit we lost? If so, that is fricking amazing!

This dude Holman is torn right now. If he knew who he was wanting to play for he would have made an announcement by now ,I’m guessing .

Hopefully Guidry and woods are working him good

Maybe I'm missing something here as I might be missing a card or two from the deck but it appears to be an easy decision for Holman. Let's see do I #1 go to Tennessee and play for a mummy 90 year old looking PC who doesn't seem to develop pitchers as they digress in performance, and an arse clown for a HC who hasn't won anything to this point.

#2 or go to LSU coming off of a NC with a potential GOAT for a HC and be in the starting rotation in front of sell-out crowds with a PC who was part of NC teams at Oregon State. Play with a former player Woods who is already on the LSU team not to mention great resources and probably a sweet NIL deal waiting for you at some point.

I think if it was me I'd have made my decision a week ago instead of dragging this out not saying that's what Holman is doing. In the end, if he's a Tiger when it's all said and done it was worth it!

Eventually it will be true because it will be the day before school starts.

From what I’ve gathered, Lester Earl is very close to the athletic department so I trust him.
