Tiger? Word is OM threw a bag at Lacy to get him back.

He already knows where he is going for sure

This kid is extremely explosive and would do really well here. I've seen several predictions to Miami as well.

My guess is Berry is going to be the featured back. We're not going to get a Brown or Lacy type that you'd expect to come in and carry all the load. But we'll get some transfer depth behind Berry.

And frankly I think Berry will do well in Kiffs offense. Its kind of crazy how little they utilized his skill as a pass catcher this year given our o-line problems.

Where's the word on Lacy not coming now? You have a link?

Personally I’m ok with keeping Berry and Lacy staying at Ole Miss. Of course Lacy would be great, but the price to have both of them would be just ridiculous.

Not sure if I seen it here or on Twitter mostly but rumors are OM threw 1.8 million at Lacy for him to stay.

Could just be unsubstantiated rumors though

They offered him 1.8 million last I saw.

Berry isn't a volume runner. If Durham stays, then no problem, but if Durham doesn't, LSU would need a workhorse back.

Or two. You need at least 4 backs in This offense and SEC play.

Well they’ve lied about everything else since the Kiffin exodus so why believe them now?

It’s all assumptions based on the high price tag and the fact that we’ve already come to terms with Lacy.

This. I'm not sure where they're getting he isn't coming but the word was LSU offered higher than the 1.8 million. It has already been decided he was going to LSU. I read Ole Miss would hit Nate Sheppard if Lacy leaves to LSU. I don't know how true the Nate stuff is but it would make sense. That was a huge whiff by BK/Wilson to not live in that guy's house to get him at LSU last year.

LSU is gonna need at least two more backs regardless. There's no depth behind those two.

I'm honestly fine with Durham and Berry next year, I think with a new RB coach they could both have excellent seasons

Very very talented but you can’t trust either. Durham has not been able to stay healthy and Berry is still a question mark with ball security & workload.

You need too add someone that you think can be a frontline guy.
