If you're planning on living in Louisiana after graduation, being the backup QB at LSU is probably more valuable than a degree from Harvard.
What job in Baton Rouge are you getting with a Harvard degree that Jarret Lee wouldn't get before you if you were otherwise equally qualified?
No one outside of certain sectors in certain cities (none in Louisiana) cares about undergrad. The guy hasn't been offered a spot in the Law School or MBA program.
I don't know anyone personally who attended Harvard for undergrad, but I have friends who played sports at other Ivies (football at Yale, Lacrosse at Cornell/Dartmouth/Princeton) and none of the ones that left the East Coast after school are doing any better than anyone who went to state schools (and they all had shitty, cold college experiences and now have no college friends living nearby).

This bit of retardation is one of the best things I've ever read on this site. Damn.

This why they recruited tall receivers!!
WTF do tall recievers have to do with the qb's height?

Doubling down on the retardation. I like it.

as a person who said no to a shot an Ivy to go to LSU without the benefit of being the backup QB, i laugh
key phrase: "if you're planning on living in Louisiana after graduation" makes all the difference

Lol Wilson a 2 star
With a 2.84 GPA (could be a much better high school than Zachary)

Wow, his highlights are very impressive. Seems to be a very accurate QB on all sorts of throws, even off balanced.
GREAT vision when he runs too. Very impressed. Also, the words from his coach and the offer from Harvard make it clear he's a great kid and a hard worker as well. Hope he becomes a Tiger.
Now, seriously, which one of you bitches downvoted me for posting all of his highlights and profile pages?

For every Manziel you could list 100 QBs who were similar that got devoured by SEC defenses.
The same can be said for almost every QB that has started in the SEC at any height. There are very few really successful SEC quarterbacks, period.
Will Scott be a world beater...who knows...but is is ridiculous to outright predict his failure based on height alone just as it would be ridiculous to predict success on height alone.

A. Just about any fricking job
B. Jarret Lee wasn't a backup. He was the starter for the most dominant 8 game stretch in LSU football history and became the "what if" hero behind the hated Jordan Jefferson.
And anyone with any sense would hire a Harvard grad over him.
People don't care about undergrad when they're similar. A little different when it's the best school on earth.
I can't believe you're doubling down on this

Zachary offense has more imagination than LSU

disregarding whether you are being sarcastic or not, what would possess an Ole Miss fan to troll around on an LSU recruiting board on a subject about a qb ole miss has no interest in?
And if you are, indeed, the dude who downvoted me, kudos.

I'd tell this young man to go to Harvard.
Ryan Fitzpatrick is doing ok in the NFL. It can be done.

there is only one person that can resolve this argument of Harvard degree vs LSU backup.
Hatch-siah, you are finally needed.
