He's taken some lumps and has been a poor decision maker, but Lane does a fantastic job with simplifying a quarterback's decisions. Look at Matt Corral's stats - he was erratic, too. Lane would turn Lagway into a smarter QB if he got his hands on him. There are plenty more options, but I'd be excited if Kiffin got him.

I think Kiffin knows exactly what he wants in a quarterback, and he’s a strong evaluator of talent. We should probably trust him to get who he wants.

He could, but comparatively, UF had a decent OL and Baugh ran for over 1100 yards and 5.3 ypc. With that type of support and some capable receivers, he should have performed better.
I know Sellers is probably staying, but he performed better with an OL worse than ours, no run game and only one good WR, Harbor.

Lagway has all the tools, lets keep in mind the dude was throw into the fire as a true freshman at a school that was already very broken. Sometimes a change of scenery and new fresh coaching can really turn a career around

Very true. Jayden had 10-10 TDs to INTs the year before transferring to LSU which I very much remember because I was not excited about getting him.
