Don’t think he’s a Tiger. Have Cooley returning. Spears wanted to transfer and the staff convinced him to come back. Not sure the pitch involved him sitting behind Koi Perich. With that being said, I’d love to have Perich and Cooley roaming our secondary

He didnt grade out especially well this year, 62.4 overall on PFF. Missed alot of tackles and got beat bad in coverage quite a bit (28 for 36, 446 yards)
His freshman year was insane 88.9 which is elite of the elite though

Perkins is gone, we need someone to replace him. Whether thats a transfer, Cooley or Spears
