Just saw Ed Orgeron at Pastime with La'el Collins and his parents

Just so happened they sat at the table next to me. Now tell me, if Orgeron is supposed to be such a wunderkind recruiter why would he take a kid to a place that is FILLED with LSU memorabila? Doesn't seem smart to me, but I guess that they know they don't really have a shot at Collins so he was just trying to get off cheap feeding them pizza.

Can't imagine what that POS is telling these kids. I seriously hate Ed Orgeron. Nothing about his recruitment of these kids, his job is to recruit and he evaluates kids well (Nevis comes to mind among many others) but he's such a scumbag.

Just strange that it would even be up for discussion at any point if things were this questionable.

He was. He was never really solid to LSU until recently. If he qualifies, which I suspect he will, he will be at LSU.

If it is his GPA, he won't be going to JUCO. He has other options to get ready for Fall. He could easily take a few LSU correspondence courses and make easy As on however many he needs to jump his GPA up. He'll be fine if that is true...he'll make it. If he doesn't make the grade this semester, correspondence courses are a joke even for a HS kid.

No. If Eddie Lacy can go from a 2.0 core at the START of his senior year, then Landry is fine.

Lacy probably did what I said Landry cane do. In that case, it isn't hard to boost your core GPA with those courses. You can take as many as you want and each are worth a half credit. They go on your core GPA too and they're absolutely a joke to do.

I'm sure Jarvis will be fine. I expect him to make the grades this semester. He's committed to doing well in school and has the necessary help in doing so.
