Well how bout you do a recruiting site, pod, or YouTube and see if your info is better than Shea’s. That should be a win win because you have all the access evidently.

Where did I ever say I was a recruiting insider? Oh yeah, I didn't. The difference is Shea Dixon and that podcast claims to have inside scoops and info...they don't.

These nutsacks don’t understand that the two aren’t mutually exclusive. You not having inside info doesn’t validate shea. I’ve followed LSU recruiting for 15 years and the dude knows Jack shite.

I made the mistake of watching a couple of podcasts featuring Shea and his comrade in ignorance and stupidity and not remotely impressed with Shea Dixon. It was right before the Dec signing period and basically the summary for each of the prospects in question was "well, he might sign with LSU or he might not". Bring that inside info, Shea baby! I would call him the Sgt Schultz (Hogan's Heroes reference) of LSU recruiting.

From the anti-star guy that knows so much that he created his own player rating system that hands out stars. C'mon Man! Shea is one of the better analysts whether you realize or not.
I actually agree with more than half your comments, but you are not in Shea's league. How many camps do you go to? How many times do you talk to high school coaches? Did you learn more than him from your recliner?
You might slow your roll a little Mr. My Stars Are Better Than Your Stars. It is ok to follow recruiting and not think of yourself as more of an expert than one of the few good ones out there.
You appear to love football and can be a decent poster if you step back a little and quit trying to be the smartest guy in the room.

LSU doesn’t seem to really have any insider with really good connections. My problem with the premium boards is that when they get really good info, they can’t share it. Billy Embody has turned in to the kind of “I knew this was happening a week ago.”

Not really. The Texas DT was also a lock till he went home to uf. He’s never visited, I bet he goes home, Tampa not far from Gainesville

This isn’t unique to just lsu. The game has changed, and it’s not really an indictment on Shea, who has proven to be good at what he does.
The change has been brought about due to things like early signing day, NIL, the transfer portal, and Twitter.
Recruiting was once a prediction-based entity, which slowly became ruined by kids getting Twitter & becoming their own voices. So rather than player X telling Shea his top 3 & giving hints to where he may be leaning, he’s announcing that himself & he’s telling Hayes Fawcett to get the photoshop ready.
At the same time the sites started to shift to more of a reporting-based model, and Twitter also kind of ruined that, too. The info they try & sell you are just re-tweets of what the players have already said publicly, for free.
The sites have tried to get a grip on NIL, but there is just not any info there. They are duping people now with the these NIL meters & shite. It’s dumb, but some people are falling for it.

Covering one of the largest recruiting footprints of any college from 500miles away is confusing. A boots on the ground style reporting may be the pivot that recruiting sites need. Prob costs money they don’t really have. Would much rather dupe people with words & predictions.

He's never visited LSU. His family lives by Gainesville so if he doesn't visit a school, like he said, then it's probably UF. Hope not. Doesn't seem we are in on any highly rated defensive transfers.
