He is waiting until February to sign. Think O gets him in. Just a gut feeling.
ETA: Thread was just meant to be a discussion on him, this is just my thoughts after reading a few things about how LSU finishes.
Per Vols comment below - we are trending in the right direction.
Seems things have changed for him since their Oline coach left.

No recruit signing in February is a lock to anywhere. There is a reason they wait.

This is probably true. That, combined with the strong sell of their offensive line coach as being "the best" probably was what he bought.
Now, he's seen Georgia lay yet another egg of a season. The image of them being the program that is going to pass Alabama is gone. They've lost their OL coach. And, their offense has been visibly poor over an extended period relative to the other programs who have adopted a more modern, explosive, attack.
Logically, there isn't much of a reason to pick Georgia from a football standpoint.

I have always thought when push came to showve he might flip. Maybe he is looking at the trending of th eLSU program now that there has been a full season and a decisive win over Georgia.
If he was committed to Georgia all that time and had shut down his ecruiting there is no realistic reason not to sign this week. So ther eis much reason to believe he may flip.

I think we take Hill regardless. Watched a few videos on Hill and that guy is a beast. Very athletic for a big man, believe he also plays Basketball in high school.
An Oline finish of:
Martinez
Hill
Dumervil
Van Pran
Crawford (pending grades and numbers)
With the possibility of Camron Jackson being a OT project.
I would say our lines in terms of recruiting can both be looking very good if things shake out this way.

Van Pran is going to be an NFL center. The guy looks like a DE at 300 Lbs.

I would wait to have the maximum data. What if you signed with Georgia in December and Kirby Smart died in January? Anyone good enough to wait, without having that limit options, should wait.
