Remember the breakdowns of the Lache Seastrunk video at our camp? This one means the same thing. Nothing.
We all know why Lache didnt come to LSU.

If Saban is paying players to come to Alabama, then I would lose a lot of respect for the man. He has always been a great recruiter...and with the Alabama brand name along with his perception as a coach, he is tearing it up...I don't think he has to cheat.

You obviously don't know Alabama's history. It's not usually the coach that is the problem.

Defensive Ends command some of the bigger contracts in the NFL. I keep wondering why people are talking about him wanting to play LB at Bama for NFL money reasons

pass rushing LB's in a 3-4 get about the same as DE's. And I've been hammered on here for pointing this out, but what position he plays in college will not affect where he projects in the NFL. If he projects as a 4-3 DE in the pros, playing Jack LB or 3-4 DE in college will not matter to them. Mingo projects as an OLB in a 3-4 and will likely be a 1st rounder.

That all said, i do agree we have a better shot that some give us at landing him and it may be because he feels more comfortable in a 4-3.

It should be noted that TR changed his commitment to LSU on signing day, and then Saban sent players to HS...."You have to honor your commitment to Coach Saban". and the rest is history.

Say what?????

All I know is, LSU will beat Alabama for the 3rd straight season

I will slap ESPN silly if they don't echo these facts!

I think this is going to be the key. Coach Chavis is now known as arguably the best defensive coordinator in college football. High school kids know this and it's really starting to show. Go get him chief!

Take it fwiw, but, when Saban was here, a zealous Reveille writer decided to investigate how many LSU players drove really nice cars. He went to an Apartment complex and wrote down VIN numbers of some of these cars. Seems they all traced to a Car Dealership in Miami. The writer never got to publish his findings for some reason.

RN will not play DT no matter college he goes to... Too special of an athlete to be moved inside

What is wrong with having a stud athlete playing DT and disrupting the middle of the LOS?

C'mon man. I know you don't have your head completely buried in the sand.

All these major colleges pay kids. It's amazing to me that there are still people out there that believe that they don't. LSU included. Don't be naive.

We "lose" one big recruit to Bama and now everyone gives up hope when there is a battle with them over a special recruit? We lost that battle because of a young man being p*ssy whipped. That's it get over it.

We are still LSU.
