sadly I think you're right, I don't see him reneging on his verbal commitment especially with reports that his dad wants him to go OOS. I hope and pray I'm wrong as Emery would thrive in this offense.
He was at one point all MSU, wanted to be the only feature back, leaning LSU, etc. etc.
'firm' is not a word I would use for him. Late Dec might prove me wrong, but for now I'm assuming he's still in play.

This thing is just getting started!! Chase 2.0. Watch. After seeing what LSU has and will be brining back, Emery would be down right crazy not to come to LSU. He would start immediately and split carries. Probably have 15 carries a game. Davis is a beast in his own right. Cane and Davis would be one hard hitting combo. This would be one of the most physical teams in the country with the OL we have coming back and adding to.

What I found interesting was that Georgia fans were touting their OL as a reason to choose Georgia. LSUs OL looks like it's going to be loaded next year.

I know you came out of the womb bleeding purple and gold, but some people need to be recruited to LSU.
