Harold Perkins is one of the most physically gifted linebackers I've seen in years. He so similar to a young jaylon smith. Great length, elite speed, explosive athlete that plays with an attitude. Justin Flowe out west a few year ago was a stud but more of a thumper and gap scheme backer.

Harold is going to be the best athlete on the field majority of the time. Kid can cover a WR or rush off the edge. He'd be a top 100 player in the country at RB

I said it when he committed to A&M- I think Harold Perkins is the best player in this class

He combined with Quency Wiggins, Walker Howard, Will Campbell, Emery Jones and Latterence Welch is a hell of a foundation,

You can win a shite load of games with guys like those and our monster state haul next
Year should make us a contender for years to come.

YEP! I don't follow recruiting much, but the #1 OLB is a HUGE get! I predict if he's not starting, he will be a pass rush specialist as a freshman and absolutely have a huge impact for LSU's defense against 3rd and 5+

Him and Tolan combined at LB in the LSU system for the next 3 years is a big deal!

I think the way he came across in interviews probably rubbed people the wrong way or they don’t think he will be here long.

I will say his “tone” changed in his commitment segment and he seems laser focused on his goals and his contribution to this program and coaches!

In his interview with Cullota, Sam Spiegelman said Perkins was the most gifted, game-changing athlete he’s ever seen in person. Dude, has seen a ton of great players covering Hs football in Louisiana and Texas.

I think his freshman year impact will be along the lines of K'Lavon Chaisson... not quote Fournette or TM7 territory, but pretty damn high - ALL SEC FR type impact.

ETA: AKA I'm excited af

I want to personally apologize for not pulling my weight on the Harold Perkins excitement. It won't happen again.
