You obviously can’t tell so someone has to help you out.

If I wanted to get early touches as a running back I'd choose UGA over LSU. This is not a difficult concept.

Lol. I think u have trouble with all kinds of “concepts”. What you said doesn’t make sense

Exactly. So, where would you go if one of your concerns was getting early touches? Before you ask, no I am not assuming that Emery comes in and supplants backs that are already on either roster.

Team A:
RB3 - 19 carries in 13 games (9 games with 0 carries on the season).
RB4 - 15 carries in 13 games (9 games with 0 carries on the season).

Team B:
RB3 - 81 carries in 15 games (0 games with 0 carries on the season).
RB4 - 61 carries in 14 games (3 games with 0 carries on the season).
RB5 - 50 carries in 13 games(6 games with 0 carries on the season).

Hopefully this trend changes as we build back depth at running back. I wonder what our 2016 numbers look like. I assume RB3 at least got more carries.

Also, I'll point out that last year might not look like future years since WRs got so many carries on jet sweeps.

Williams got 51 carries on the season. However, 42 of them came in games that Fournette didn't play so he was technically the RB2 for those games. Brossette and Fournette #2 combined for 20 touches.

Orgeron's trend at LSU has been a 2 back system and they get the vast majority of the carries, AND THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THAT.

I was just curious why he'd go from leaning State and being "the guy" to UGA and competing for carries for the next 3 years. I think Kirby has convinced him that he will get as many carries as he's earned.

Georgia might have the least opportunities for a running back than any program in the country.

If this is the way you look at that’s why you are confused. You are looking at it pure zero sum terms. The absolute worst case, excluding he just doesn’t pan out, is he gets limited action, which is not zero, but limited, for his first 2 years and is part of a tandem ala Chubb/Michel as a Jr. If however he is as good as he’s ranked then there is every reason to believe he’ll see more action sooner than later. Every kid says they want to play right away and if he’s talented he probably

love how posters always bring up other teams being stacked at a certain positions while lsu is hurting in same position and giving other team 0 shot..a few weeks later player commits to stacked team

seems like thats been the case at lsu for more than a few years...guess playing time means shite to alot of these high profile recruits when posters think otherwise...if lsu cant sell playing time then what can they sell that others teams cant?

What facts. Emery would have more of a chance at early playing time at Lsu. That is a fact.

Exactly! UGA had been working with the Emery's behind the scenes. After thinking it through he will be a tough pull. He wants to geaux away and he is all UGA for now. Would not be surprised if he de-committed. Even if Emery is thinking OOS right now what will be his thought process in four months?

Does LSU has a chance? It is recruiting, anything can happen. But slim, at this point very slim. Geaux after Cain and other uncommitted RBs. If Spivey and Cain want in take them and call it a day.

Next year over 70+ 4/5*'s, with possibly well over 15 5*'s. That's a hell of a first four years.
Don't see anyone getting many carries with White there. Swift will get what's left.
Look forward to finally getting to visit Tiger Stadium. Bucket list material for a football fan.

Got whipped by Auburn at Auburn last year because it was basically our only away game. See what they do in Death Valley. Ole Miss whipped us two years ago on the road, so I'm hopeful we survive Baton Rouge.

Right, that’s an interesting question. Besides, why isn’t the discussion centered around why my coach sucks at recruiting RBs, and their coach doesn’t.
