I’m on board with poaching their talent but I’m curious how the numbers will play into all of this. As I understand it, we still need additional players to leave just to get down to 85 with our current commits.

You better believe every major program in the country will be descending on Alabama’s roster like a pack of fricking vultures to try and flip players. Hope we can get a few.

Where's IndianaTiger? We need clarification of rules. Are Bama transfers SEC eligible?(if not would be Sabans final frick you to his rivals for waiting) Is active roster still limited to 85 in the spring?(used to be prior to the portal)

Would have to start getting rid of players like Langlois and Allen. I don't understand why jalen Lee came back. Could've used his scholly.

Some kids are about to be processed. Langlois, Ibeita, Lee, possibly Hughes, possibly Carpenter, possibly even JK Johnson if it means getting Desmond Ricks and Trey Amos.

I was wondering this also. You could use the NIL money to pay your own tuition. Or NIL money could fund a scholarship Or you could even call it a stipend to avoid income tax. I know there are some very smart people who can make things happen and still be withing the rules. If there even are rules anymore. 85 is the limit on scholarships but not on the number of players on a team.
