I think hes just basing it off of him being a 5 star recruit. Which saying he's talented is probably a fair assumption.

I would not take this as a good sign. Probably not what they thought he was when they recruited him
The Texas WRs were pretty bad this season, they had no weapons that put fear into defenses. Should never happen at a place like Texas, and I think the fact that he and Lockett couldn't see significant PT - even late in the season (they combined for 6 catches) - probably says something.
