Idk why people are still acting like the program isn’t burning to the ground. LSU is about to get destroyed in this closing stretch in recruiting. The sooner O is gone the sooner they can start to clean up this mess.

Not doubting this, but does anyone have a link? I haven’t seen this reported elsewhere yet.

LSU hired O based on his two strengths:
Recruiting and Leadership.
We had a pretty great class last year, although I don’t think we land a couple of those guys if they knew Brady/Aranda was gone. Especially Gilbert.
We have a good class this year.. but it is a bit concerning that this class appears to be breaking down. (Foreman, Smith and Davis)
O’s leadership skills are being called into question with these allegations and questionable hires.
I’m with you in this regard, I’d rather move on too early than too late. I think we could move on from O with cause if these allegations have substantial merit.
This program held onto Les too long, my fear is that they do the same with O.
It was an incredible season last year, but in my opinion, the biggest reason for that run is coaching in Carolina. Cut bait, move on.

Well evidently she hadn’t received the news

The biggest reason for that run is currently waiting to have knee surgery.

People keep saying this but we would be better off if O just failed on the field and we bought him out. Firing him with cause means the whole program is getting burned down because the scandal runs though the entire staff and team. If that happens, we aren’t getting the same caliber of coach to replace him for a couple of years and we will be a lot worse than we are right now.

We had a qb on the roster last year named Burrow who is in the NFL, and out with a knee injury. He had a slight impact on the outcome of our games in 2019. Don't beat yourself up, most tiger fans have never heard of him.

Since he has already taken his official he would have to pay for this on his own $$. This should not be a surprise with the current state of things.

This! Pay out of your pocket during a pandemic that is on the upward trend when you have already been a couple times. Yet this is a sign the program is in total disarray. Come on people!
