51Update: Original insider from yesterday who said Maason was out, is saying Maason is in. We can officially say this thread was a big waste of time.

Same guy who leaked Chase, Shelvin opt outs, same guy who knew a week before Dare was suspended.
Update #2: Apparently it's Ga or Clemson. Which I despise because I live around these idiots. Clemson fans are bottom line the worst bunch of folks could imagine.

Update #3 The other insider on TOS is saying Maason still LSU. He’s also the guy that had the original scoop on Sage Ryan. I’ve never seen these cats have different info. Might create a black hole or something. I really hate recruiting drama.

I have no idea what the situation with any of the recruits are, but I don’t see this class panning out how we originally thought. There’s only so much dumpster fire that recruits can put up with.

There’s no question that Smith is not a slam dunk for LSU like many on here have come to believe. It’s going to be a fistfight with Georgia to sign him, but got to have faith in O.
Where ever the kid chooses, more than anything I strongly doubt a final decision has been made 15 days prior to announcement.
Just my two cents and I will pass along anything I learned from Julie

The rant is in absolute nuclear meltdown mode. We're never winning another game under O according to them. Don't take it seriously.

There is no doubt it’s going to be close to impossible for us to land the three 5* guys.
But truth be told, i’ve never, ever felt Foreman was 100% vitally important for this class to be elite. To me, Leigh and Smith are they essential five star kids remaining on the board:
-Leigh because of the position he plays, and
-Maason because of the optics from being an in-state kid and playing coach O’s position
I think some have already forgetten the soap opera that played out just a few weeks ago for Sage Ryan. More importantly, people need to remember how seemingly out of the clear blue sky, industry folk told us that “Sage to Bama” was all but a done deal.
Don’t be surprised if the final week of Maason’s turns into a circus as well, except with “Kirby the clown” replacing Satan.
Ultimately, I expect the same result at its conclusion- Smith to LSU
