What I see most clearly is hyper-speed in this class, most probably the fastest class of all time for LSU.

Remember, it kills the opponent.

And could be even higher rated by the end of the cycle

Rankings are going to shift multiple times before signing day

Senior seasons gonna impact the rankings

We are behind Ohio St and Alabama right now according to what I’ve seen.

If Ryan Day doesnt beat UM this year he might be let go… would be 4 yrs in a row losing to UM. He should beat them this year but boy if he doesnt that will get real interesting

FTR , not my take. I heard this on ESPN radio yesterday for half an hour.

I think the SEC is playing in Heisman mode and the rest of the NCAA is playing junior varsity.
They just all went down the recruiter archetype path

When it’s all said and done , they’ll end up 5th or 6th. Georgia and Oregon will pass them up.

Only GA passes us.

That leaves us at #4 at worst as long as we don't lose anyone currently committed.

I'm still waiting for the final class on signing day, and I'm enjoying knowing something about who LSU signs.

It appears that the original poster was making a reasonable observation regarding the uncertainty of this year's class being among the best until after signing day. The question posed about the current strength of the 2025 class invites a variety of perspectives, as individuals might base their judgments on commitments that could change in today’s landscape of NIL opportunities and transfers.

Similarly, those of us who have a 401k monitor its performance regularly, but it's important to recognize that we shouldn't count those funds until we actually realize them. The outlook for the 2025 class remains somewhat fluid as we approach the December signing day.

Absolutely, a lot that can happen, and it will be fun to observe the different reactions on this board.
