More like Florida. With Pitts leaving the Gators is the perfect spot for young Gilbert.

1). I know many on here think BTJ is a luxury at this point, but except for Jaray, every other WR is 6’1 or shorter. We need another Terrace Marshall type.
Bama hasn't had a WR taller than 6'1, the last 3 years, and they've stayed top 6 in the country in passing all three years. Chase is 6-1 and was a monster in high pointing the football. LSU had Beckham and Landry in 2013 that combined for 71% of the receiving yards, and nearly 80% of the TDs. LSU will be fine.

Plus, if we get Arik back he's pretty much a jumbo WR.

One question sir. Where did you get the player classifications? I would venture a guess most of them are wrong. As you must be aware this season didn't count towards anyone's eligibility.

I keep wondering if we can keep all 3 current QB on the team. I hope I’m wrong, but would not surprise me if one of them entered the transfer portal.

I tend to agree with you Buckeye Dad. 3 good ones coming back.

If they get to have a spring, one of them will be 3rd and I can see them transferring out. I hope not. I think all 3 turn into solid QBs that we can win with.

You’re missing:

-Josh Williams 27 RB (earned scholarship before season
-Aaron Moffitt 42 TE (already said he’s coming back)
-Nick Storz 85 TE (may be on baseball strictly scholarship)
-Soni Fonua 53 DE
-Jared Small 58 LB (earned scholarship before season)
-McGlothern is a CB not Safety
-We just lost Khari Gee to ND (processed)
-Good chance Andre Anthony DE and Neil Farrell return next season

You’re entire OL is outta wack, here’s a better look

3. Thomas Perry 78 RS FR

C

RG
1. Chasen Hines 57 JR
2. Anthony Bradford 75 RS FR
3. Kardell Thomas 58 RS FR

RT
1. Cameron Wire 61 RS SO
2. Marcus Dumervil 74 FR

There is no guarantee that the SEC will allow inter-conference waivers, even after the NCAA allows them. I for one hope they don’t.

They have not made a decision yet and won’t until early next year. Gilbert is a lot less likely to transfer to another SEC school if he has to sit a year.

There should be options allowed to get you back to 85 whether it is recruits or transfers.

Walk ons could get injured pretty bad.

Joseph Evans is playing DLine. He's been credited with 13 tackles on the season.

Regardless.... we're thin at DT... need 2 more OLIne signees and to retain as many off of the OLine as possible.

I'd like to see us sign / bring in 1 more DT type.

Another place we are thin on scholarship players is TE... unless Gilbert comes back.

Well that is certainly a surprise if accurate. I think the OL looks much better than what has been made out here (though certainly still too thin). And the DL is nowhere “back to LSU stacked” depth from Saban early-Miles days.

And what has been the story with Devonta Lee?

We look REALLY thin at guard IMO. Not one of those guys has started a game at the college level, or even seen extensive playing time

Only 72 scholarship players. Hopefully we land some serious walkons.

Make or break year for him. Hopefully he's 100% healthy. If he is and we can have dinner semblance of an off-season program, I wouldn't be surprised if he starts next year.
