How can anyone be mad at Dabo about this? I mean Dabo is whatever, dude is on his way out of college football. But the player signed a deal and was enrolled and IN CLASS when Golding did what he did. Then they tell Dabo and Golding just doubles it. It is honestly insane how brash/dumb Golding is.

So after watching that Dabo’s proof of actual tampering is what the kid and agent told him. The same agent and kid that tried to shake him down form more money. So basically he has no proof.
Don’t get me wrong. I have no doubt they Ole Miss was in contact with the agent. And I honestly don’t doubt that Golding messaged him. But all he has is basically hearsay.

You realize that they could sue Firelli and his agent for extortion, right? It may not win, but if it can go to trial and open to discovery, then it becomes a legal fight and they would have to turn over communications.
It just depends on how messy and how willing Clemson is to keep pushing this. Most of the time, schools just move on, but this seems to be as blatant as can be, and Firelli would be putting his overall eligibility on the line if he lies to the NCAA.
Firelli and his agent as just as big pieces of shite for this as Golding and Ole Miss. This is different from the Williams situation, because it was after he had already transferred and started classes.
Again, I hope Clemson goes all out, takes the actual legal route and burns all this shite to the ground.
