Yeah, I've never heard that before either.

Sort of ridiculous, to be honest.

There's no coach in the history of football can promise touches. I'm sure they do, but I can also say I won the lottery last week and I'm $200M richer. It would be your fault for believing me.

What's ridiculous is that you guys beleive everything you read on here. Nobody from his "camp" is doing any such thing, that is a bunch of crap.

But you guys are "insiders", so you should know.

Who said anything about believing that?

And also because someone in his camp is annoying the coaches by calling them and asking them to guarantee a certain amount of touches every game, and they don't want to deal with that high school level bull shite.

that's an outrageous allegation...may be the most ridiculous thing you've ever posted. And you're a pretty good poster. I'm hoping you were just throwing out a crazy example of why he'd be left out and don't really believe it.

stop lumping all of us into some category just because one or two people say something. And not everyone believes everything that is said on here.

I'm not the only one who has seen the story. There is only one guy that has been pretty consistent with his opinion that Quinn ends up elsewhere, and it comes from him. It could be bullshite, and I may succeptible to it as bullshite because I've tired of Quinn's recruitment very quickly. More quickly than any other prospect this cycle.

If it were a story, I'd imagine you saw it online and it was published, why are you hiding his name?

Does anyone know his vertical? I understand it's off the charts.

If it were published, I would have said article. It was a story, someone relaying something that happened. Would you have rathered I called it an anecdote?

his recruitment has pretty quiet, at least on this board.

I guess we'll see. The rumors surrounding him have been out of control the last few days. I'm not buying any of it and hope we get him.

He gets up there pretty good. I don't know the measurement, but I'm sure someone has gif of him high pointing the ball and catching it one handed that should answer any questions about his jumping ability.

because Kingsbury and all of the other teams on his list have been all over him the last few weeks trying to make up ground after their Spring practices have concluded

and I dont think Quinn is the "odd man out" is accurate. I think Quinn may simply choose to go somewhere else, but to think that LSU may drop him like TAMU did is absurd.

Not sure why A&M cut ties with Quinn. We either didn't like our chances or Kingsbury really wanted him here but the rest of the staff was not as high on him so when he left, we sort of refocuse our efforts on other guys like Noil and Foreman. We took like 37 WRs in 2013 so we aren't taking but maybe 2-3 this year.

I say we just split Quinn (LSU) and Noil (A&M).
