IIRC, Wisconsin is pretty highly rated and well-respected. They're in a different universe than LSU academically.

This whole “ I hope he likes shoveling snow” / weather angle is stupid.
There are huge trade offs in weather, as anybody who has enjoyed the paradise BR provides from mid May thru Mid-sept.
Insular perspectives dominate these threads.
And, BTW, do you not understand how lots of kids are actually excited about going to a school where it snows sometimes?

Huge. Even if LSU is too far behind and doesn’t get Tackett, I feel like their approach will pay dividends into the future. Just remember that Holstein, Curtis & Manning would barely take an LSU phone call under O. Not saying Kelly will get all three, but the approach is clearly different now and for the better.

Yes....... and new OSU DC Jim Knowles has been recruiting TC for years now, even when he was at Oklahoma State...... If he goes to OSU he will also be coached by Knowles as Knowles is the LB coach also.

I've lived in Louisiana and Massachusetts.
The weather, on the whole is better in Ma., as far as i am concerned.
Personal preference, but mid may -late Sept. is oppressive here.
