He's not making a weekend spot next year. He'll be lucky to pitch late in the season and at most, in relief.

Are you completely ignorant to what our staff will look like next year and what Burns has done thus far at Tennessee?

You might want to look at the post he responded to.

Are you completely ignorant to the fact he is talking about Jaden Noot and not Chase Burns?

Are you retarded? I was responding to him saying Noot was in a weekend rotation next year. He's lucky to even get relief later in the season coming off injury much less a weekend rotation spot. He has 0 chance at making the rotation next year coming off injury.

Did both Noot and Shores have Tommy John? I know Shores was shut down during the season, but I don't recall any stories about Noot other than "he was injured".

Noot will be on the same timeline as Coleman was this year. Let’s just hope his recovery and rehab go great.

Noot didn’t participate in fall ball. if he’s on the same timeline as a guy who blew out his elbow in February i’d be concerned.

He didn't have his surgery until the spring if I remember right. They originally thought it could be healed with rest and other rehab. Once he tried throwing again the beginning of spring is when I think they realized it was more serious.

I think people have stated that he was rested in fall hall hoping to heal. But it didn’t work and he had surgery in February

I’d happily take Burns but the reality is had he taken care of his business he would’ve been the Friday starter last year for Tenn. He started out the #2 starter behind Dollander. Dollander struggled and was bumped to the #2 starter but Burns struggled even more and instead of being promoted to #1 was moved to the pen.

Now do this recap for Thatcher Hurd and tell me why we shouldn’t want him in our rotation next year
