Have to get to the point that the players are signing contracts 2 and 3 year contracts with obligations that they need to meet along with some backbone from the ncaa in making them maintain a real student athlete status and some restriction to transferring.

You could name it free agency or signings board, but then it becomes a college and pro board. We all know what this board is, stop arguing semantics.

It’s still called “recruiting” in the business world. It’s all just talent acquisition and money is a big part of “recruiting” everywhere…sports or business.
