IDK, but he's a thumper. Really interested to see if he's as good as his film looks.

He’ll be the steal of the class, book it!

If he is 6’5 he would most definitely be the steal of the class

What's up with Ray Parker showing up at 233 lbs? So much for him being a tackle

That 6’5” height for McCallum and Ray Parker only weighing 233 were head scratchers for me.

He looked like the best player on the field in the MS/AL all star game.

6'5" is really surprising though. I wonder if he's going to end up at buck.

Every player exaggerate their height. He's most likely 6'3-1/2, 6'4.

6’4 would be really good because they try him on the edge

He was never going to play tackle. Look at his interviews. Always said TE

Such a head scratcher. He could be a really athletic left tackle but opted to be a big, lumbering tight end.

Let's circle back to this in a couple of years. It's well documented he would rather play TE, but I still think he ends up at OT.

I will say, though, I'm impressed he came into camp at the weight he's at. Shows me he's been working hard to make TE a reality.

This. The numbers on the LSU site are always a bit generous.

I've been saying that Brooks is the best athlete in the class but McCallum is just on another level. I don't see how he was ever considered a 3 star.

He is going to be in the rotation this year. Freak athlete and was the most under the radar player in this class. Book it.
