Remember: according to the Rant, Nuss is better so they’re going to have to make some kind of super Heisman for next year.

Time to stop with the rant still thinks nuss is better. The last hold outs have been switched for almost two months. Everyone thinks Jaden is better and has been thinking this for some time now. If anyone still thinks Nuss is better…I’d like to hear from them. I take that back. Some moron might say it just to troll.

I’ve had his back since the beginning of the year. The Florida State game did bother me because he wasn’t much different than last year in that game but he turned it way up after that. The whole team did. Wish the defense would have shown up this year but it just didn’t work out.

Last year there was good reason to want to see Nuss in some of those games. Nuss is a really good QB just will do things a little differently but he could be very similar to what Nix was for Oregon. If it had been about just throwing arms, Nuss would have won the job. It was his escape ability last year that made the difference and we needed that aspect last year.

People keep saying we going to take a step back and we might a little but people also said we’d never see another offense like 2019 and we did just 4 years later. Nuss has everything you need to have another great offense like we just had. Bring in a couple of all SEC WRs for him ready to plug and play, you’ll see another great offense at LSU the next year or two. He’s ready to go. Just fix the damn defense!

Build a solid D to help Nuss and new, young WRs out a bit.

Nuss is already on dark-horse Heisman lists for next year.

I think we'll be pleasantly surprised as long as we get the right WRs in-place. But seeing as we are WRU that shouldn't be a problem...

We will find out about Uncle Rico Nussmeier in the Bowl game when he throws for 10 TD's and 1,000 yards according to the Nuss Bussers.

Nuss is going to throw 15 INTs next year. That’s the kind of QB he is on the field.

Sounds good still would love to see the receipts of the JD5 haters, and speaking of last year, go watch Burrows first 8 games his first year.

Let's face it though,, Nuss could also win a Heisman trophy in this offense, also if he plays to his caliber, and not throw interceptions, with these tight ends and receivers and running backs to go with the best offensive lines in the country.this could be another 2019 offense maybe a slight bit better since Nuss can make more throws deeper and gets it there faster because of astronger arm

Ummm yea Im not sure about this one? Nuss has a pretty long road ahead in order to be in the convo w/Daniels & Burreaux.

Valid. I’d also argue he’s been primed his whole life for this moment and been working with tGOAT (Sloan) for the past two years. We’ll have a good understanding of where we are at the position after the bowl game.

Totally possible.

Having a stronger arm does not equate to accuracy. Nuss may have a stronger arm than Burrow also, but which one would you prefer?

Burrow's first season was light years ahead of Daniels first season here. Burrow showed he could play in 2018. Hell, we would have been considerably better if our receivers didn't have so many drops in 2018. Burrow was a good get from the start, and needed play calling and the team to improve around him. Last year Daniels was a running QB and a hesitant passer. He was not the same guy mentally. He made more improvement than any player I ever seen. Cudos to him.

Underwood looks like the real deal. I hope he sees the possibility for himself playing here. We will be loaded at every other spot on offense and Denbrock knows what to do with talent!

What do you mean light years ahead? Daniels was better in about every category as a passer in 2018. If you included the running it wouldn't be a match. Boutte dropped as many passes as everyone in 18 combined. Joe was also on a way more talented team that didn't just play with 35 scholarship players in a bowl game. You just judged Daniels the second he got here and focused on any negative play he made because you already wrote him off to be another Jefferson or Harris.

Joe was above average his first year and you could see him improve late in the season.

I was high in Joe after 2018 and blamed the scheme. I believe I was right.

But Jayden had an objectively better season.

Jayden has more Passing yards, Rushjng yards, more passing TDs more rushing TDs. less interceptions.

It’s a better season.

Neither was great and both showed a QB who had more to give.
