Saban came visit for 2 days. He set it up for Kiffin. If Kiffin turned it down he was coming.BIG FACTS. Verge wined and fined him for 2 days is what I was told

This is the frustrating thing for small schools in the NIL era. Used to be that these schools would grab the lower rated players, and if the coach was good at spotting talent, get them them to overachieve. Now, as soon as they start to show development, they hit the portal.

Honestly curious Lester, what were our tackles and interior linemen rated this year? I assume right above South Carolina, only team I saw with worse oline play this year.

FWIW - LSU's Offense ypg (Total and rushing) were ranked LAST 16th out of 16 in the SEC for 2025. Passing was ranked 10th

Good thing I’m not an admin. I’d impose your ban bet. Good grief I can’t stand people that make bets or promises and don’t honor them. Besides Saban is 74. As much as I respect Coach Saban’s ability to win, we need a coach that can win and sustain it for a very long time.
