You know if he was some kinda thug he might deserve some of this trash talk. This kid apparently has real problems he can't control. I hope he gets better!

i hope he gets better too.

trying to attend 4 colleges in 3 years probably isn't helping his mental health either tho. if he's that bad off mentally, he should focus on that and not trying to find some place to play football.

This is his third school, not fourth.

I actually think this is a good spot for him. Rhule is a great coach and will run a supportive organization.

Gilbert really is dealing with mental issues I hope the best for him.

Yea I don’t see why people need to crap on this kid. It’s pretty well known he’s got some serious issues that are far more important than football

Nothing funny about it. Hopefully he can get things together

I hope he does what he needs to do, with God's help. Life is short.

Well, Rhule is good at rebuilds. If he can rebuild Gilbert into a football player, then that would really be something. Seems like a decent choice for him.

Even if it doesn’t work out for him football-wise, I hope the kid at least finds some peace of mind.

He committed to UF, but he never enrolled, so you are technically correct. But he definitely flirted with them before heading to UGA.

Damn he is draft eligible now too.

Most talented offensive player in his class in the entire country.

He must be trying to break the NCAA record for number of colleges attended.

He’s one of those players that if he ever got right would likely be an instant success at the next level. Physically he’s ready for the NFL but mentally he has issues. I feel for him

Also rated highly coming out of HS but he’s played about as much as Arik the last two years.

Well Fidone has been injured his entire 2 season career and hasn’t recorded a single stat, so yeah not sure you can compare the 2.

Nothing technical about it.

Would you say Harold Perkins is on his second school, since he was committed to Texas A&M? Of course not.
