Gaye's stripping the ball from the QB twice, saved a victory for LSU vs Ole Miss. The difference in a losing season.
He needs to bulk up, but he will probably be a 1st round draft choice.

Goes both ways...Fla(I think)...we have them backed up at their 4 yd line and poised to beat em. Simple, very plain, handoff around right end for 20 yd gain. Gaye was lost. Hapoened several times.

Granted, its been widely talked about how assignments were misunderstood a ton in the system.

If you take me saying he constantly lost contain on his side as an insult, so be it. Just pointing out that is been a big issue.

And yes, great strip against OM...but that doesn't make you a first rounder

Some of these kids just don't have the mindset to succeed at the SEC/NFL level. You can have all the talent, but if your mind isn't right and you have no "dog" in you, it's hard to play the game. These guys are borderline animals (meant as a compliment) that play in the SEC/NFL.

Ok all you maroons... If the kid needs to grow up and face things or he---God forbid---does have mental illness, don't you think it would be best for him to be in a situation where he is cared about and has a strong support group? Like IN school ON the football team? Where he doesn't have time to ruminate on negatives and can actually be helped? LSU shows it cares about the kids which is a positive for the Univ in recruiting and in general, helps a young man with problems, and oh, by the way, gets an All American football player.
Maybe it's some of you mensas that ought to look in the mirror and grow up just like the kid.

Gaye needs to bulk up?

I don't think he will be a first rounder unless he makes a huge leap.

I like him as a player but he isn't dominant. He had 2 sacks. Sacks aren't the end all be all but 2...

I like Gaye a lot and I’m glad he came back, but he is not a first rounder unless he has a ridiculous season in 2021.

How about the LB from Houston Kellen Jones:
Signed with Michigan, left before fall camp started.
Enrolled at Oklahoma that august, red shirted.
Follows Venerables to Clemson the next year
Grad Transfers to Wisconsin after 3 years there.

So you signed up for an account here and within no time all you are doing is picking fights over nonsense? ok. You will fit right in here. Also, you might want to look at your use of the word retard. It's not really a good look.

That would be a mistake. Even if you want him back, you let him come to you with some humility.

The only way the situation works is if O shows that he is the alpha male in the situation, and you can't do that if you're asking him to come back.

I tried to qualify my post by saying I don't know the backstory but why do you assume it's an ego thing? What if he truly just needs his hand held and this some kind of cry for help?

I agree with you if this a premadonna situation but how do any of us know thats what this is? My post was really just about the hypothetical that the kid really just needs someone to care about him and empathy is the right response.

Unless you know something I don't????
