Kid doesn't have any top flight offers, I think every coach in FBS must know more than we do.

Watched first minute. Kids a brawler, Id take him on attitude alone. What other offers? His size and ability should be highly sought after. Whats his connection to LSU ?

He definitely bullies the smaller kids he goes up against. I'm not knocking him at all, but how does he do against D1 level competition?

When he pass blocks, it appears as if he holds the kids and then throws them down. A good ref would see that and throw a holding penalty on him. Otherwise, he looks like a baller. He looks like he wants to murder the defender when run blocking.

This is the kind of kid that flies under the radar in high school despite having a great tape, goes to a smallish college football program, plays for 4-5 years, develops and gets bigger stronger faster every year, gets drafted in the third round by Bill Belichick, plays for 15 years in the league and retires with 4 Super bowl rings.

If all those measurables are actually accurate, then he's absolutely worth a look. I am a bit skeptical, however.

Kids with verified measurables that elite don't slip completely through the cracks like this kid seemingly has. Now, it's worth mentioning that more kids will probably fall through the cracks this year than in other years, but still.

He keeps his hands on the outside of the shoulder pads basically every time he pass blocking. Half of his highlights could be called holds.

Looks pretty good. Starting 3 years for a successful high school program is strong. Feels like a Cushenburry type deal, but State and S. Carolina were also working on him.

Every coach in FBS passed on Damien Smith and Jabril Cox, also.

Did he camp much? I realize this year is problematic, but last year? IF not, does he have any footage of him going against any known talent?

Highlights are good for marketing a player, but they are meaningless for evaluating. Have you guys been in touch with any LSU staff and sent film?

And coming out of high school that was the correct call. They developed later.

kid certainly looks better on film than his offer list. Really good feet, pad level, and a mean streak. I've seen plenty of higher rated lineman with tape not as good as that. Not sure what the deal is.
