It’s all good. $100 says he flips to LSU before signing day

I'll take that action. $100 to the charity of the winners choosing?

Probably not, but point still remains. I get this is still a battle until signing day, just is frustrating.

Exactly. His recruitment isn't over until signing day. You recruit him just as hard as you had been, if not harder.

He clearly got a big bag to go to Texas. This fall can hopefully make him realize that Texas won't do anything for him in the long term. They're not a good program.

Ohh well. He can do some development years at Texas and when they underachieve again and Sark gets fired, he can admit his mistake and come on over.

It sucks he committed to Texas, but these things usually work out ok for us. Not saying it doesn't hurt, but we'll have someone in this class that will be very capable of doing what Simmons can do.

He'll go to UT, make a shite load in NIL and end up soft, just like the rest of their players.

Wanted Colin Simmons very badly and while I guess it's still not over, if he wants to go to Texas and get paid, then let him do so.

Kelly should cancel his official visit. Sorry bud, you don’t get a free trip if you are committed elsewhere.

This is stupid. Like, insanely stupid.

Do you want him to end up at LSU or not?

There is no such thing as a committed until they sign the paper. This shite has turned into nothing but a money grab and holding schools hostage till the very last second before pen meets paper. He might sign with ISIS before it’s over with if they get him a bag

Better them than Bama who could actually accomplish something with star players.

7-5 at best for texas

Can't blame a kid for staying in state, especially with the resources available to UT.
We'll see what happens once the season starts and the boosters start their rumblings about firing Sark.
