Nah....Noble Johnson or Carnell Tate are my two picks.

Doubt it. Not enough mystery to it

TJ Shanahan already committed to Texas A&M.

What makes you think Carnell Tate?

Jalen Smith LB from Grayson is an excellent option as well if we can flip him from Tenn

DJ Chester is a big name to watch
LSU was also interested in Lafayette Kaiuway, a tight end currently committed to TCU.
With those two, Toviano, Bax, Harbor, and either a surprise player form LA or a flip, the Tigers would reach 28.

Arion Carter tackles and runs like a man. That's the kind of dog we need on defense.
My goodness. That dude looks like he can bring it.

I would consider him in class as of now..

Apparently Michigan is a big factor with Chester.

The Defense is finally starting to play together and tackling on first contact. We will start to see more sacks, TFL and TO’s as a result of this type of play. It just comes with it.
In the past we would get to the ball but one cut and he has yards to gain or we get to the ball in the backfield, hit the ball carrier but he just bounces off and gains 5-10 yards. Now we seeing them get to the ball, wrap them up and get them to the ground or get to the ball, he makes a cut and two more players are there to hit him immediately!
That’s the way you play defense. Leave the ball carrier no holes to run through and as soon as he thinks he sees a hole, it closes as soon as the decision is made to try and run through it. When their momentum is stopped like that, there is the best opportunity to strip the ball or punch the ball out because his mind is on getting through a hole and not the ball.
The defense finally looks like everyone is reading and reacting in sync with each other which will make our defense very very tough to deal with. Savion Jones and Harold Perkins are very very good players. Both guys are getting the best experience right now which will pay off in the future. This defense next year will be the best in the SEC and they will be top 3 this year! It’s just too freakn bad that we lost our best DL player. It really sucks for him and the overall strength of this unit, even though they’re still great unit. With Smith this team would have so much more versatility and freedom. The full potential will be on full display next year. We’ll have a few new comers as well. We need more depth on the interior of both lines. We need more WRs, LBs, and CBs.
When I sit back and watch the difference in last years OL to this years OL, it’s crazy how much bigger we look this year. We finally look like an LSU OL. Cain and Emory are looking much more comfortable in the backfield so I’d unleash these guys vs Auburn. Line up and hit ‘em in the mouth. We still have the ability to play that type of game and I don’t think Auburn would be prepared for an attack like that. They going to want to come in the game and attack the QB. Send lots of pressures to speed things up and play zone to sit back and wait for the bad pass.
Take them off of that game by throwing into the flats, right over their heads and running right into the blitz. Pull those big guards, bring a TE inside and isolate one side. Big gains when you block em up right. Pull those safeties up into the box then you take your shots over the top on a nice PA fake with a roll out. I’d start mixing in some quick fakes too. Flee flickers, some option plays, end arounds with an option to throw the ball to a WR streaking down field. I wouldn’t mind seeing Perkins run the ball a little. I bet he’d be an impact player there, immediately! The guys an athlete man, give that dude the ball and let’s see what he could do for us on offense. Let him play on 3rd downs on defense and let him run the ball on offense. 6’3 235 lbs of pure speed and toughness would complete this team. The guy is just good at football!

I was with you til you went off the rails a bit. Why not get Arik Gilbert to transfer back mid season. Have him in the backfield with Perkins and run a triple option game that uses the flea flicker as the main passing attack?

It seems like we would need to flip quite a few guys to even get to 28.
I bet we sign over 30 with transfers
Also I think Stevenson gets offer over Moss because of his speed

I’ve seen him play in person. He would get embarrassed trying to play LB in the SEC. Stop doing this to the kid.
