I don’t expect him to get an offer. Plays on the edge & rushes the passer in HS, but doesn’t have the explosiveness or closing speed to play off the ball in space at a more traditional LB position. A true tweener. Kolaj Cobbins has more athleticism & quick twitch to him that makes him more of an intriguing prospect even though he’s also a tweener. (I think Kolaj ends up off the ball at LSU in more of a traditional LB role.)
I’d look for the staff to make both Riley Pettijohn & Elijah Barnes (who Baker visited yesterday) priorities out of Dallas to pair alongside Keylan Moses. Max Granville out of Houston is also the guy we want to come in & play that Harold Perkins hybrid role, very high priority for the staff. He was the first recruit Kevin Peoples visited after getting the LSU job.

We’ll get him to come here for his last year next year after A&M goes 7-5. He almost came here after last season. Come home & have a better chance to win and play alongside Perk. 3 man rotation of Cooper, Whit Weeks, and Penn III…then throw in Perk & it’s tough to turn down. Cooper’s game on the field & personality honestly reminds me a ton of Patrick Queen. Would be a shame if he can’t finish off his career in P&G.

The people on here act like they could do a better job. If these guys are that bad…then why don’t some of y’all get out there & take these guys jobs?? Learn the craft & earn a little extra $$ on the side.

No, he’s actually from Shreveport. That’s why he lists it as his hometown. Started at Loyola College Prep before finishing up at Airline. Yes that’s in BC, but he’s from Shreveport
Shreveport Louisiana stand up.

Which HS Chapter/Association are you a part of & which college conferences or leagues do you call for?

One of the hardest & most under appreciated jobs known to man. They don’t get anything but hate
re: Is there a way to watch the game without ESPNU?

The game is on ESPN. They’re just such a dysfunctional organization that they’ve been listing the game wrong on ESPNU all week. Can’t say I’m surprised by their lack of attention to detail!
So don’t fear if you don’t have ESPNU, the Lady Tigers are on ESPN.

Same HS as Greg Penn III
Fantastic, I’d love to see Marjayvious Moss land an offer. Especially with us likely losing out on Isaac Smith at safety
No, I’d rather have Nuss
He’ll be at the game tonight in College Station

Besides Moss & TeDerius Collins.
Ashley Williams is the correct answer.
Carl Williams IV is also very good & wouldn’t mind him at all but we’ll probably be filled at corner especially if Ricks/Toviano come. He’d be more of a backup plan. Moss is more of a safety/nickel all the way.
TeDerius Collins in my opinion is really underrated in our state. Moves extremely well & plays PG on the basketball team. Can fill out to be a true DE or he really has enough room to where he could fill out to become an agile DT.
We need to take a few of these guys namely Moss/Collins & potentially Ashley Williams
