Greedy will not be here next season
wait, what? Why not?

I’m going to predict right now that Greedy will be back next year and that Stingley will be starting opposite him.

Nah, Greedy goes 1st round after this year and the year after we’ve got Fulton and Stingley on the outside

Yeah some mocks have him as the 1st CB taken in the 2019 Draft. He gone.
I think the confusion is some people are thinking he’s just turning into a soph, when really he is a redshirt soph, meaning 3 years removed from HS, which is the eligibility criteria needed to be drafted.

247 Write up from weekend camp
quote:
With Stingley on campus this weekend, the entire staff was there to show their support. During Dunham's run through the tournament, LSU head coach Ed Orgeron and a number of staff members spent time watching Stingley in action. That included defensive backs coach Corey Raymond and safeties coach Bill Busch, who both spent the majority of their day watching the nation's top cornerback prospect in action.

Would Stingley play both sides of the ball at LSU? Has he returerd punts? Kickoffs?
Posted on 6/18/18 at 9:51 am to Tigershine
He potentially could... believe he returns punts at Durham and with that speed, I would want him back there too. We need to see if he has the technique we are looking for though.

Shea mentioned last week that he thought Stingley could have been the #1 WR in the state this year. Much like PP7 who dabbled in playing WR in the pros and obviously was great on special teams.

Yep, staff already has been informed of the decision. For a while.

If we get Stingley Jr. where will that put our recruiting ranking?

#5 on 247, #4 on the composite I believe, or vise versa.....

Can it just be time to commit already? I’m dying

And maybe Ishmael Sopsher? Heavy phantasies going on in my mind now.
