I think he's coming almost for certain. 90% IMO. He loves it here and will be a hero in BR for years. Starting right away has to be enticing. Plus he knows he'll have Raymond recruiting behind him so he won't be the only good CB here, which will make his job easier, plus this front seven he will have I front of him. Aranda can't hurt either. All huge motives to come to BR.
