Wundground radar shows EBR currently in a small slice of clear area. Looks like that won't last much longer. Here

Here is a great website someone posted in the big Isaac thread. It shows where the outages are and even tells how many customers are without power in each area. You can "grab" the map and move it to find your area of BR. Bluebonnet area looks bad.

The one thing BR may have going for it at this time is the extremely slow movement over land will allow for the winds to die down so that they will be much lower than originally predicted due to the weakening because of prolonged land interaction by the time the east side does arrive there. To the point about it going to Laffy being better for BR is not true. Just look at the distance it is from N.O. now and what they are getting from Isaac compared to the distance it would be from B.R. if its in Laffy.

That's a cake problem not a bread problem.

Not necessarily...the east quadrant of the storm always packs more punch.

This is true, however, the eastern eye-wall usually packs the strongest punch. So, if the eyewall moves further west from Baton Rouge, it can only be better for BTR.

I've been watching that site since about 6 this morning. The red lines have been growing. The one on Baird Dr. was just a small red spot at 6 but looks like it covers almost half the street now.
