Apparently one of the elementary schools in GM lost a whole roof. Got a call just now.
My bud said there is no way the winds last night weren't triple digits. Apparently they're in the eye right now and have been in it for a while.
They're getting the brunt of it. Hear the storm came on land twice, first in Plaq then in Fourchon.

Yep. Said made landfall in plaque mines parish but weather channel showed Galliano area having highest wind levels at the time
