Im thinking mid afternoon with rain...wind already kicking a little...news says expect 3-10 inches of rain in 24 hr....as long as pumps are turned on AND WORKING we should be ok...people already getting sandbags cause they know how our city operates

Yeah I feel ya brah.

But the rain is getting closer. The real rain from the storm is around Lake Maurepas.

I hope the worst holds off until the morning so I can check it out.

Just got word that a lot of power has gone out in the area around CHS.

And LSU lost power momentarily

Power out all over Lafrouche all the way up to race land.

The storm is still chilling between Plaquemines and Lafourche. If you look at the radar, it has actually wobbled WSW.

That last loop on TWC looked like it had some NW movement...just a little bit. He aint in a hurry to go anywhere though.
